There is a guard during the day and everyone accessing the development must have an access code to gain access through the electric gates.

The panoramic view in the pictures below is showing the main entrance (from North to South). It shows the spectacular view from the first and second avenues. Nice elevation.

Below the main avenue is Vista Prieto and the one above is called Vista Real. Immediately across, there is a house in gray, that it's under construction,  below to the right there is another completed model home. These lots are selling at $75,000 U.S. dollars, ranging in size for lots 2 and 3 of over 7,000 sq. ft. and lots 4,5 and 6 with an average size of  5000 sq. ft. each and also at $75,000 dollars each. Here are the most expensive and most desirable property lots. The construction shown below, it will be a gym, pool and common area. There are only two water front property lots available. Lot # 6 with over 4,500 sq. ft. and Lot # 8 with over 5,000 sq. ft. selling at $300,000 U.S. dollars each. The lots are located at each extreme of the construction shown below, which it will become a common area, with a pool, and a gym.

The rendering below shows the proposed Marina, which it will be built right outside the Kino Bay Estates development, and right in front of the dry marina. This will cause a major impact in the value of the properties in Kino Bay Estates.
